Using the intuitive approach with offer fun and fast art workshops to deeper dives into the creativity, using music, film, nature, recycling, meditation and outside inspiration, we run sessions week in, week out. We also run social creative meet-ups, workshops and unique art sessions
Sessions
For all abilities. You can work in any medium you wish, there's no limits to that.
Art in Half an Hour


One theme. One rule. One piece of art. If I say the word 'Family' or ‘Mystery’ what would you create? I give a one word theme, then immediately you have 30mins to create. No time to think (or overthink), doubt yourself or procrastinate - just create. Then we chat about your works afterwards. It's a fun, fast and nicely challenging way to get your creativity flowing, get back to the joy of art and do in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Art Peace: Art + Meditation
Free your mind and the brush will follow... how meditation and breathing can increase your creativity and well-being. The breathing and meditation practice will be accessible and easy to follow. Headphones are essential, as well as being comfortable.

A creative challenge... and freedom. Be inspired by sonic art - a soundscape mixed or selected by a member. The soundscape will last for 40mins, and will be a mixture of different styles, tempo and sound effects. You may surprise yourself by what you create!

Sound + Vision (long-form art)

Intuitive art + movement


An intuitive art and movement session, using your mind and body to instinctually create art. The session will start with a movement exercise, followed by a 40min intuitive creative session, then chat.

Life Art
Take a snapshot of your life, it could be a day, month or year ... then with a few words best describe it. Next through a guided session and your words, we will use the principles of art to create and convey your life through one work.

A session that uses no conventional art materials. Instead we will explore, for example, beetroot juice or turmeric powder as materials, fur tree twigs as a brush and an old book as a canvas.
